Thank you for submitting your site to the Virtual Offices Worldwide Directory. Our editors take pride in providing our visitors with a quality web directory featuring quality websites and we aim to ensure that their experience is a pleasant one.

Please review the guidelines below prior to suggesting your site to Virtual Offices Worldwide Directory. All web site submissions are manually reviewed, and submissions that do not comply with the guidelines will be rejected. Payment of the review fee does not obligate Virtual Offices Worldwide Directory to list your site or guarantee inclusion within the directory.

  • Only genuine business sites with well written original content will be accepted.
  • Listings are in alphabetical order of the Title of the submitted site. However, any submission containing an inaccurate or deceptive site Title will be penalised by editorial staff. Submission Title should accurately reflect the site’s business name or domain name. The Description should accurately reflect the sites purpose or products or services. They should be well written and free of grammatical errors. Use proper capitalization (only the first letter of a sentence and proper nouns should be capitalized).
  • Sites and submissions must be in English.
  • Please submit your website to the category that is most relevant. Only featured listings are allowed in top (country) level categories. If you cannot find a relevant category, then suggest a new one.
  • Multiple category submissions are acceptable if genuinely appropriate. However, if you submit the same site to the same category you risk the removal of all your listings.
  • Websites submitted should be complete and not under construction. Do not submit websites with broken links. All submitted sites should support multiple browsers.
  • We reserve the right to add, reject, modify, re-classify, move or delete any listing without notice. All listings are subject to annual reviews.
  • Any submission can be rejected if deemed unsuitable by our editorial staff. The following sites will be rejected (and no refund will be given) - sites consisting of or linking to or primarily for or relating to pornography, sex services, gambling, libel, firearms, terrorism, affiliate programs, affiliate links, MLM, under construction, fraud, copyright infringement, multiple (mirror) sites with same content, URL/domain redirection, illegal, hate, racism, link farms, excessive advertisements, advertising, pop-ups, pop-unders, article mills, lead generation, pharmacy.
  • Once published, listings are not eligible for a refund, but can be permanently removed at the request of the registered site owner.
  • Submission review time is generally 1-3 business days.
